I have tried all the obvious things like disabling my Firewall on Windows 10 etc. HP Drivers for Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, XP, Vista: Install Updates. The older computer is also running 64-bit Windows 10 upgraded from Windows 7. Its still working perhaps it will continue. After the last system restore I used a different USB2 port. Some scanners listed above and ScanJets that do not have scan software available from HP.com are compatible with select third-party software. If your scanner is not listed here, then the scanner is not officially supported by HP. I've got an HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276n Multi Function Printer/Scanner/Copier. If it happens to you, you need to consider whether something wrong with Windows 10, such as Windows Image Acquisition service (WIA).
